We will refund or exchange any new item you are not totally happy with, providing it is in the same saleable condition as received. You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and they should be returned/ received back with us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds (less the delivery charge) will be credited to you via the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Please note, items returned due to a change of mind and not due to a fault with item, must be in as new, saleable, labels intact condition.
Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
If you receive a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt, we will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If you have been delivered the wrong item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt and we will happily rectify the mistake.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or inaccurately described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
