Delivery Information

Postage/Delivery

Delivery time for UK orders is 4-5 working days. Should you not receive your delivery within this time, please contact us by sending an email to spotnbear@gmail.com

UK Delivery

Small/medium sized parcels will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery.  Large parcels will be sent through Parcelforce 48 or Express 48.

International Delivery

Parcels will be dispatched International tracked and signed (delivered timeframe depending on location)  - if a parcel weighs over 2kg a quote for postage would need to be obtained to confirm if delivery would be possible for the size of the item.

Deliveries are usually made with either Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or My Hermes. A signature is required upon delivery.
